If you are able to use your 7 tiles in a single turn, you will get extra bonus score of 35 points which is known as Bingo. The game will end if one player declares that he or she has used all the letter tiles. Whatever the remaining player has when the game ends, it will all be counted against them and the points will be granted to their opponent.
