5-Step ILS Landing Guide for Flight Simulator

Disclaimer: This guide assumes that you're familiar with using Autopilot controls

Trying to use an Instrument Landing System (ILS) in a flight simulator can be a daunting task if you've not tried it before, or if you're not familiar with instruments and aircraft systems however the whole process of setting up and landing a plane is very basic once you know how. I've designed a simple 5 step process which I would like to share with you.

When flying, Air Traffic Control will normally direct you towards the airport and runway you'll be landing on by telling you to fly a certain heading and giving you certain altitudes. This takes away the pressure of navigating to the airport when approaching it, giving you time to set up the plane for an ILS landing. Hopefully you will be familiar with using the auto pilot and will be flying to ATC's instructions with the Autopilot enabled.

Step 1: Gain information about the runway you'll be landing on.

ATC will tell you which runway you will be landing on. Let's say for this example you've been told to land on runway 04. There's two pieces of information you need to find out about that runway, its ILS Frequency and the Runway Heading. You can normally find these in a simulator by going into the Map and double clicking on the airport. Make a note of the frequency and heading, we'll use these in a moment.

Step 2: Make sure the plane's set to Navigate by Radio

Most planes have two forms of navigation, they can navigate by using a GPS system or they navigate using Radio frequencies. In the cockpit, there's a switch which allows you to choose between the two systems and you want to set this to "NAV" so that the plane is using Radio frequencies to navigate.

Step 3: Enter the ILS Frequency into the Nav1 Radio

Take a look at the radio stack and find the "Nav1" settings, you'll see two frequencies. One is Active and one is Standby. You can easily tell which is which because you can only change the Standby frequency. Change this to the ILS frequency you made a note of earlier then make it the Active frequency.

Step 4: Change the Omni Bearing Selector to the runway heading

On smaller planes the Omni Bearing Selector will be a dial, on larger planes it will be a knob on the Autopilot panel. You want to change this so that it's showing the runway heading. In our example we said we would land on runway 04 so the heading would be 040 (but this could be anything from 035-045).

Step 5: Activate the Approach Hold autopilot switch.

Very simple final step, just press the Approach Hold button on the autopilot and the plane will take care of the rest. As you fly in line with the runway, provided you've done all the above steps, the plane will automatically turn and line up with the runway. Also when you get close enough it will also start to descend automatically. Then when you're happy with the approach and can see the runway, you can disable the autopilot and land the plane manually.

And there you have five straightforward steps to landing a plane using an Instrument Landing System! Easy huh? If you're a more visual learner, please see this video which uses this guide.

WoW Paladin Guide - Warcrafts Versatile Class!

The Paladin class are a nice class to plat in World of Warcraft although they can take a little getting used to! They're a very versatile class with the capability to assume the role of a damage dealer, tank or even healer.

The Paladin is considered a cross between the Warrior and the Priest and it's understandable why as the Priest class are considered the best of the healing classes and the Warriors being a great tanking and damage dealing class. The Paladin class meet in the middle with good DPS capabilities and healing capabilities.

The Paladin is a little restricted on the races that can be chosen with just Draenei, Dwarf and Human available from the Alliance races and Blood Elf and Tauren available from the Horde races.

When it comes to Armor the Paladin can fully equip with plate armor which is the strongest armor available in the game and also possess the ability to equip a shield. On top of this a Paladin can equip two-handed weapons such two-handed axes, two-handed maces and two-handed swords.

So far one would think that the Paladin was a battle hardened damage dealer who should be placed on the front line in battle but the Paladins have some great healing capabilities too which is where they lend there-selves to the Priest class.

The versatility of the Paladin makes them very welcome in group scenarios such as dungeons and raids as they can deal out some damage and offer healing benefits for all the party members. These abilities are referred to as auras and the Paladin can shower their allies with these auras to help protect them in battle and provide other useful boosts.

The type of talent build will determine which type of role you take on in the game. The Paladin class are very capable Melee fighters as well as magic damage dealers for DPS and tank builds. When first starting out with the Paladin though it's advisable to equip the Paladin with items and abilities that will raise defense and stamina.

The Paladin class do have a flaw and that's that they can't deal out damage from range meaning they rely on close quarter attacks, therefore it's a good idea to get some nice defensive gear and equip the Paladin for battle. As you progress through the game you'll gain new abilities such as brandishing two weapons which will certainly help for taking out the mobs.

To conclude this Paladin guide I would say the Paladins are a great all round class that can adapt to any class role and is a welcome guest among groups for their abilities to heal and provide useful buffs for the groups members. As you progress through the game group instances become more useful and that's where the Paladin really shines through.

WoW Warlock Guide - Warcraft's Masters of the Dark Arts

The Warlocks are a great class to play in WoW with a ton of cool abilities and spells at their disposal they truly are a class act. A Warlock will draw their power from mana and will use cool shadow and fire spells and abilities to inflict damage on their opponents.

The Warlocks have one obvious weakness in that they can only armor there-selves with cloth making vulnerable to attacks as well as the need to keep replacing or repairing the armor you're equipped with. However the Warlock is equipped with a number of ranged magic damage dealing spells and has a variety of DoT (damage over time) spells to drain their opponents life continually.

Another nice set of abilities that lends itself to the Warlocks are their fear spells. These can literally stop your foe dead in their tracks and send them running temporarily. Not only is this cool but when combined with the Warlocks DoT spells and ranged magic spells it makes for a good DPS build.

Not to mention that the Warlock class are equipped with a demonic pet that's always by the Warlocks side when summoned and ready to do battle, whether it be the sexy Succubus whipping your foes or the demented Imp minion running like a lunatic blasting your opponents with fireballs.

Warlocks are primarily ranged magic damage dealers although adapt well to different talent builds. A Warlocks main focus though is to take down mobs from a distance with their variety of shadow, fire and fear spells. The talent build you choose for your Warlock will greatly determine the role your character plays in the game especially in group scenarios. The three available talent trees for Warlocks are the Affliction, Demonology and Destruction talent trees.

The Affliction Warlock talent build which happens to be one i'm experimenting with at the moment for one of my alts is focused on the Warlocks DoT spells and Fear spells making it the ideal build for PvP scenarios although not likened by many for leveling purposes.

The Demonology talent build will focus more on the damage output of the Warlock class and that of the Warlocks pet. This talent build is suitable for both PvE and PvP sceanrios and if followed through to the end you'll receive the Metamorphosis ability which will enable you to transform into a demon which is a pretty cool ability.

The Destruction talent build focuses heavily on the Warlocks damage output by acquiring new and improving the Warlocks shadow based spells such as shadow bolt and fire based spells such as Immolate.

When using the Warlock class to create an "alt" character and level through the game quickly the Demonology and Destruction talent trees offer the best specs for a nice Warlock leveling build. The Warlock also adapts well to slight hybrid builds although one should primarily focus on just one of the talent trees to start off with.

Arms Warrior Leveling Guide and Talent Leveling Spec

Arms Warrior Leveling Build

The Warrior class are a very versatile class with any of the three talent trees and hybrid builds making for a decent leveling build. The Protection leveling build would make for a good Tank warrior whereas the Arms build is more tailored for damage dealing Warriors.

Many seem to opt for the Protection build and play out the game as a Protection Warrior but for leveling scenarios this isn't always the best choice!

In this article we'll take a look at an Arms Warrior Leveling Build that is a slight Arms/ Fury hybrid build. The talents from the Arms tree that can be left out of this build are: Field Dressing, Second Wind, Improved Hamstring and Drums of War.

To start the Arms Warrior leveling build you're going to want to get the Warriors damage up as quickly as possible and the best available ability here is the War Academy ability. This is a great ability to start with and worth assigning all 3 available talent slots here.

Next I would take Blitz and then skip Field Dressing, Field Dressing wont provide much if any use for leveling so wont be required for this particular build. In the next tier you'll want to take tactical mastery and Deep Wounds and skip the Drums of War and Second Wind abilities.

The next tier has some nice abilities and you'll definitely want to take Taste for Blood, Sweeping Strikes and Impale and assign all available talent slots to these 3 talents before proceeding further down the talent tree.

The rest of the Arms build is straight forward. You'd simply move down the talent tree and collect all the available talents and assign all talent points. Once you've completed the Arms build you'll want to switch to the Fury tree and take the following talents: Blood Craze - 3/3 talents, Battle Trance 2/3 Talents, Cruelty 2/2 talents, Executioner 2/2 talents and Piercing Howl 1/1 talent points.

With the Arms Warrior leveling guide and leveling spec, you'll find leveling the Warrior class a little easier than usual especially in later levels of the game. The Protection tree offers a decent leveling build with less of a hybrid build and a nice choice for those looking to build a Tank Warrior. The nice thing about the Arms build though is it s a nice build for both solo leveling and dungeon leveling which require groups to complete.

For PvP (player vs player) scenarios and build I would explore the Fury talent tree as it will offer a better build for fighting although will slow up leveling if a full Fury build is applied.

The Beginner's Guide To World of Warcraft Dungeon Leveling

World of Warcraft enthusiasts are always seeking the quickest and most efficient method for leveling their characters and it seems the latest buzz for leveling is "dungeon leveling". Dungeon leveling is now becoming more and more commonplace among the gaming community with teams of players uniting across Azeroth to battle and conquer the dungeons together.

Any player of the game can take on dungeons in a group as long as they have reached level 15 in the game, so the opportunity to take on dungeons comes quite early on the game and is certainly worth exploring once you're familiar with the layout of the game.

Dungeons offer a unique twist compared to solo leveling in that they involve groups which usually contain around 5 players to participate and conquer the dungeon together as the monsters and bosses in the dungeons are much more difficult to kill than the usual solo quest monsters.

The loots and XP gained from dungeons though is also much more rewarding and the number one reason why many of the seasoned players are using dungeons to level their characters fast. Not only are the rewards much greater but much less time is spent traveling between locations to find, complete and return quests.

Blizzard have made joining dungeon groups straight forward since the introduction of the dungeon finder tool which is a bright green eye located in the menu bar on the main screen interface. Simply opening the dungeon finder tool will open up a new interface where you can join a queue for a dungeon.

The key to successfully leveling quickly using dungeons is to make sure you're always active and in a queue. Sometimes you may have to wait a little while to find a suitable group but making sure you're on stand by is key. You'll find the waiting times vary between different talent builds and class roles, for instance healers are usually best accepted into groups followed by tanks and finally the damage dealers.

When using the dungeon leveling method it's also wise to complete the available dungeon quests located in the dungeons. Many people skip over these but they drop lots of extra loot and XP and are definitely worth completing!

Admittedly dungeon quests can be awkward to locate, especially in the lower tiers of the dungeons where Blizzard never deemed it necessary to add in game maps from previous installments and expansions of World of Warcraft but a good dungeon leveling guide that's updated for each new patch will make the process smoother.

WoW Priest Guide - Warcraft's Healing Class!

The Priest is primarily a healing class and are considered to be the best healing class in World of Warcraft. The Priest is a great class to play for both PvP and PvE scenarios and are more often than not very welcome in dungeon groups and raids due to their healing capabilities.

Although the Priest is primarily designed as a healing class a nice Shadow talent build will focus more on a priests damage output and will make for a nice PvP (player vs player) build.

The Holy Priest build provides the best mana efficient healing build and will see that the Priest is very welcome among raid groups and generally welcomed among groups across the board.

The Discipline Priest build will reduce damage taken and improve the Priests healing capabilities. The Discipline build is more focused on the Priest alone and less on abilities that will benefit an entire group.

The Priest class are definitely suited for the more social gamers in Azeroth who like to group up and complete dungeons and raids. Some may find the Priest a little slow and boring in the earlier levels but as you progress and your character grows stronger you'll see just how valuable the Priest is with many windows of opportunity presenting there selves.

One slight down fall to the Priest is they are prime targets in PvP battles due to their healing capabilities. Taking a Priest out first is a strategic move to stop them healing not only there selves but their group members to.

If you're looking to play the Priest class and are planning on mainly solo questing your way through the game then the Shadow talent tree should be the primary focus of your build. The specs from the Shadow talent tree also offer the best build for leveling a Priest quickly.

One thing to take into consideration when first exploring Azeroth as the Priest class is that they are more fragile than most of the other classes, like the Warlocks they are only able to armor there selves with cloth and rely on long ranged magic damage to defeat their opponents.

Can Priests Be Used For Leveling Alts?

Sure, the Priest can be used for both dungeon leveling purposes and solo questing. The build type will determine the Priests leveling capabilities. For solo questing the Shadow talent tree is the best option for the Priest as this will improve the Priests damage output. For dungeon leveling scenarios the Holy Priest build is the best option as this will improve the Priests abilities for there self and their group members.

The Gold Guide

Gold.

We all want it and lots of it... but how do some players seem to have wagon loads of the stuff while you are stuck rubbing two coins together?

Well before you say it, no it's not because they cheated... that's just jealousy speaking. No there are legitimate reasons some players are millionaires and it's because they have professionals to back them up, professionals who know all the quickest ways to earn gold and have been mastering their game for years.

Fortunately for you they also like to share their know how and if you do a bit of searching you'll find a whole bunch of cool game guides and walkthroughs all over the place, some are even free.

But then you are presented with another problem... which one is the best?
Well most of them are all going to help that's for sure, but from my own experience there are a few lemons out there that promise a treasure chest and you end up with nothing more than a coinpurse.

So let me introduce a few of the key players of the gold gathering guide giants.

Zygor Guides:

Zygor has been making quality guides for years now. They began with World of Warcraft and have hands down become the corner stone of the WoW guide market. With their in-game guide system and professional support desk they offer the premier solution for mastering WoW.

You can even specify which guides you buy, so there's no need to pay for sections you don't need.

But only focusing on one game they were missing out on all the latest releases and potential for being the no.1 for other titles.

So now they've come out with the Diablo III Guide!

This is not just a gold guide (although you will be making a shed load with the guide) it's also a complete walkthrough, packed with tips tricks and all the best bits that you might miss.

This certainly one of the top on the list of professional and quality guides.

Wow Secrets:

Peng Joon's guide is another one of those ones you are always hearing about, his guide might not have the polished quality of a Zygor, but this guy can play and certainly puts his money where his mouth is.

I like this guy because he's a gamer out and out, he doesn't try to sound fancy or anything other than a nerd who loves the game and wants you to achieve the best you can... and why wouldn't he?

It's not going to harm his or anyone else's game if there are a few more millionaires wandering around in the World of Warcraft. The only thing you've got to figure out is what's more valuable?... the days of real time struggling to find that golden secret?... or the $17! Peng wants for his guide. It's a no-brainer in my mind.

The Inferno Codex:

Getting back to Diablo for a second to end this top three let me introduce the Inferno Codex. A lovely guide with a classy site and a comprehensive guide that will cover every aspect of Diablo III you can check the members area out for yourself at their homepage.

It's got it all right there for you to access once you are signed up. And in no time you'll be blasting demon giblets back to hell from at top your golden throne of glory!

Anyway I've gone on enough about all the various options for more info, videos and stuff check out the links below.

Hope this was of some use.

Beginners' Guide to Playing the Blackjack Card Game

If you want entertainment while winning a huge amount of money - you should try to play blackjack. The card game is famous in many casinos, online or offline. Honing skills in playing blackjack have been the ace of many gamblers - why not master yours today?

Becoming a blackjack master also takes time. You will need to know the rules of the game first. Be an expert on basic moves and create effective strategies for the win. You will also need to know and hone your blackjack card counting skills.

Actually, it does take a rocket scientist to count blackjack cards. All it takes is a simple analysis of its numbering principle. But before you study how to count blackjack cards, lets discuss first what are the basic rules of playing blackjack.

The main rule is to get a card combination that's higher than the dealer's card - but will not exceed 21. Same as the dealers hand, it should be greater than the players' but should not go higher than 17 - depending on the casino rules. Blackjack allows the players to have 2 or more card combinations.

The dealer will distribute the cards in a clockwise manner until all players have 2 shown cards on hand. However, the dealers' card will have one shown and the other hidden. After the cards have been distributed evenly, the result of the game will then depend on these allowed actions:

Hit

When you say hit, it implies that you want and additional card to your hand and dealer will randomly give you one. If the additional card added to your hand's value - exceeds the value of 21 - then you will get busted.

Stand

Stand will let the dealer know that you have enough cards. And it's a signal that you are ready go head-to-head with the dealers hand. Critical blackjack card counting skills is needed in order to make a close win against the dealer.

Double Down

This command will let you have an additional card but you will double your bet. This should only be done if you are sure of your cards on hand.

Split

If you have two identical cards on hand, let's say an 8 of speed and 8 of hearts, then it will allow you to split the cards together giving you two hands at a time.

There are also special rules of the game like Blackjack. If you have an Ace and a card with a value of 10 (queen, king, jack, and 10 ) then it is a blackjack card combination. You will win the game unless the dealer has also a blackjack card combination. If the thing happens, it's a tie and bet is given back.

The secret behind effective blackjack card counting is assigning it with numbers. Always remember that a deck filled with 10's will be an advantage on the players part while a deck filled with numbered cards will give the advantage to the dealer.

If you want to learn more about effective blackjack card counting, feel free to visit Scott Jones site. He is a gambling consultant and travels around the world to play along prestigious casinos.

A Quick Guide to Scrabble Cheats

Once upon a time, board games were the only form of entertainment. One of the most popular was Scrabble. During that time, the only cheating involved in Scrabble was when you peaked at a dictionary when your opponent wasn't looking. We all can imagine how difficult that was to accomplish. Nowadays, ever since Scrabble went online, people have seen an increase in the available cheats offered by numerous websites. And even if you find using such tools like a Scrabble cheat board unethical, it always pays to know what's out there and what each one can do so you know what to be on the lookout for.

First off, all the different kinds of Scrabble cheats are word finders. From Scrabble cheat boards to simple anagram solvers, all of them have a common purpose: to make sense out of the random letters on your rack. The difference between the different types is mostly in the level of cheating that is offered. The most basic tool that can be used is word checkers. Word checkers are pretty self-defining. If you want to know if the word you're thinking to build is valid, a word checker can do that for you. For most Scrabble players, using this tool is not really cheating or, at the very least, is at the lowest level of cheating and can be ignored.

The second type of Scrabble cheat is the anagram solver. Anagram solvers are used to build words out of random letters, hence, its name. Now, these are admittedly great tools if you find yourself unable to form any kind of word from the tiles that you have. It will normally even order the results based on the amount of points that you will gain. The problem with this tool, aside from the fact that it helps you cheat, is that high-scoring words are not the solely responsible for winning a game of Scrabble. Using such a tool will only help you find words but not help you strategize throughout the game. Thus, using one does not equate to winning. It's also quite easy to get caught using this tool because you'll be dishing out one high-scoring word after another. While there are some Scrabble players that are fine with their opponents using this tool, many consider this "true cheating" and are offended by others who utilize it to win a game.

Because of the limitations of the anagram solver, some innovative individuals came up with a more specialized Scrabble helper. Sometimes, we find ourselves looking at several openings on the board and wondering what word we can build to make use of that opening, particularly if it is on a premium square. With this type of tool, you can find out what words can be built along those that are already in the board. For example, if you saw a B and then 4 blank spaces and then the letter K, you can use this special tool to find out all the words that fit into this description.

The last type of cheat is the most complex one but is also the most comprehensive: the Scrabble cheat board. Like the anagram solver, it will also enable you to find all the possible words based on the tiles that you have. But unlike the former cheats, a Scrabble cheat board will also inform you the best possible move you can make based on what's on the board. While an anagram solver will only require you to input the letters you have, a Scrabble cheat board will ask you to input what's currently on the entire board and what tiles are on your rack. Using an algorithm, it will come up with a high scoring word that will maximize your points while minimizing the openings that you give your opponent.

As you can see, any player looking to get ahead in the game of Scrabble has quite a lot of options open to him. However, whether you choose to use a simple word checker or the comprehensive Scrabble cheat board, it's always best to be upfront about it. As they say, honesty is the best policy.

The author of this article is a word game buff and has encountered numerous cheats including a Scrabble cheat board while looking for ways to boost her gameplay.

WoW Death Knight Guide - Warcraft's Death Dealing Class

When Blizzard rolled out the WoTLK extension to World of Warcraft back in November 2008, a new character class was introduced known as the Death Knight. This class is unique in the fact that they are the only hero class in World of Warcraft. To be honest the fact that they were categorized under a unique class doesn't make them much more different from other similar classes.

There's also another twist to the Death Knight and that is that the character can't be unlocked until a player reaches level 55. Only then can they assume the identity of the Death Knight. When this class was introduced to WoW his purpose was that of a loyal servant to the Lich King.

Once the identity of the Death Knight class has been taken, each player begins the game with green gear, 4X12 slot bags and twenty silver in Archerus. Talent points for your build can also be easily gained around Ebon Hold when you first play the game as the Death Knight class. It's also very possible to easily acquire blue gear for your character to boost stats fast.

Of all the classes in WoW the Warlock is my favorite, but the Death Knight comes a close second and what I can tell you is the quest chain for the Death Knight is a lot of fun and will certainly keep the player entertained. For a good leveling leveling strategy, I would say that the Outlands are a great zone to focus your efforts and complete available quests.

They're primarily a Melee class and possess the ability to equip there selves with most available Melee weapons found in the game. On top of this they have the ability to equip 2x1 handed weapons or 1x2 handed weapons making them extremely useful in PvP scenarios and as a tank. Not to mention the fact that they can deal out some serious damage in an instant!

The Death Knight class are also well armored with the ability to equip there selves with plate armor, the strongest armor in WoW. Although they are unable to equip a shield, but there strong armor which improves the parry chance and improve there stance in battle.

Death Knights have one more unique ability to other classes and that's that they draw there powers from Runic Power as opposed to Energy or Mana.

Some of the advantages of this class are that they start at level 55, and are very easy to gain momentum and start leveling up fast from level 55+. They can also continue to fight over long periods of time. They are also a great class for PvP, Tanking and Damage Dealing scenarios. Also they're equipped with a pet, they are the Ghoul and Gargoyle pet and they're pretty cool pets to have.

One of the major disadvantages of the this class is that lots of people have opted for this class making it harder to get accepted in group quests as the demand isn't there.

How to Be Good at FarmVille: A Guide

Knowing How to be good at FarmVille is a question on most people's minds when they first start to play FarmVille. When you play FarmVille you can have several different approaches as you progress through the game. You can go for cash, leveling up fast, building a fancy farm, whatever you choose you have to do things at the right time at the right stage of the game. FarmVille has lots of fun things to do and you can be tempted to spend your money unwisely which can hinder your progress, especially at the start of the game.

At the start of the game you should concentrate on leveling up as fast as you can, so all your actions should be based on this approach. Whereas the majority of people start to accumulate coin or buy items to make their farm look great. The higher you level the more choices you will have of crops to grow and the larger your farm can grow. When you reach level 20 you can grow cash crops like tomato seeds. At the beginning you are best to exchange money for XP points. Avoid the temptation of spending money on things you don't need. For example farm equipment like tractors are expensive and they are not required until you have a large piece of land with crops.

Think neighbors, neighbors, neighbors, getting lots of FarmVille neighbors in the early stage of the game will greatly boost your game. It all about gift giving and receiving, visiting their farms for ideas and making extra cash for helping out, so invite all your Facebook friends to the FarmVille game. Each friend you invite who joins FarmVille will get you the 'Local Celebrity' ribbon. These give you cash and XP points. See which tasks will earn more ribbons.

Check what seeds bring the best cash returns and XP points this is how to be good at FarmVille you will find that it's a trade-off. It is rare that you will get high coins and XP points at the same time. Think about how often you will be playing and schedule your time around planting and harvesting crops. If you only have a limited time that you can log-in to FarmVille do not plant crops that will mature fast they will only wither before you have time to tend to them. Your maximum seed investment will be lost to a withered crop.

A word of caution, FarmVille uses a lot of decorations for your farm, do not spend your money on eye-candy. Only buy something if it increases you're opportunity to get a ribbon. Once the ribbon has been earned immediately sell the decoration and use the land space for crops. Make sure all the land space is used up. You can put animals and trees along the top left and right of your land, or any two edges where you can't cultivate. Expand your farm size as soon as you can, more land means more money you can earn.

Happy farming neighbor.

John Clarenville is one off the many players addicted to FarmVille so much that he created a Farmville Guide [http://www.farmvilleguide101.com] website to help new and seasoned players get the best out of the game.

You can get the 'Farmville Dirt' news letter at www.FarmvilleGuide101.com [http://www.farmvilleguide101.com]

happy farming.

SWTOR Leveling Guide - Fastest Way to Reach Level 50

Do you want to know how to reach level 50 in SWTOR as soon as possible? Well, even if this post isn't exactly a step-by-step SWTOR leveling guide, you will surely find here a few bits of valuable information that will help you level a lot more faster. By the time you have finished reading this article, you'll know what you have to do.

Probably just like yourself, no matter what MMO I play, my number one goal is to hit the level cap as quickly as possible, and have my character ready for end-game PvP and raiding. Needless to say, I have the same goal for Star Wars: The Old Republic.

Leveling in SWTOR isn't too difficult, but just as in almost any other MMO, it's the same long and tedious process. Although Bioware has given a very neat storyline to each class, which also gives the game a very catchy atmosphere, if you get caught by it, it will take you a lot of time to reach level 50.

Ok, so let's see...

What's the Fastest Way to Level Up in SWTOR?

Not surprisingly, it's questing (or completing missions, to put it in SWTOR terms). And SWTOR quests don't have a high level of difficulty, in general, featuring quite a distinctive central leveling path. But there are always hidden objectives that can take a lot of time to discover, and shortcuts that can make your leveling process much easier and bring you a high XP rating. That's when a SWTOR leveling guide comes in.

Plus, if you know how to alternate your questing sessions with warzones and flashpoints sessions, you will also be able to keep a peaked XP rating. This aspect is also covered excellently by a SWTOR leveling guide I've been using.

SWTOR Fast Leveling Tips

Knowing questing shortcuts or the exact location of certain quest bosses or objectives isn't enough though, to have a quick progression in Star Wars: The Old Republic. There are also a few rules that I've learned by using a SWTOR leveling guide, that I'm going to share here.

1. If you want fast leveling, skip all the NPC talking in each quest. Pressing "space" allows you to do that. Sadly, I wasn't able to find out about the "skip-talking" command only on my second day of SWTOR. Every time I asked about it in the game chat, the trolls that were everywhere, gave me only erroneous advice, like: "Press ALT + F4, that'll do!"

2. Enable area loot. Looting a large pack of corpses one by one will considerably slow you down.

3. Choose an AoE specialization for leveling.

4. Although most classes have at least one basic healing ability, it's always a good idea to have medpacks with you. Dying after you have cleared a cave full of mobs, right before you complete your objective really sucks, and doing it over and over again will surely slow you down.

Now, to level fast in SWTOR isn't that difficult. But in order to do that, it's best to know exactly where to go and what to do, when to join a warzone or a flashpoint, and what quests to complete, especially in flashpoints.

A SWTOR leveling guide can be a lot of help. You will find more details about the best one of them, only a click away.

SWTOR PvP Guide - One PvP Tip for Each SWTOR Class

To become a super SWTOR PvP player takes a lot of practice, beginning with the lowest level possible. But playing only your class doesn't cut it. You have to know the other classes as well, to be aware what stuff they may throw at you or how they will attack you. For that, you should either roll a character from each class, or simply learn about their gameplay by using a SWTOR PvP guide.

That's what I did and in a very short time, I became one of the top PvP players on my server, leader of premades that everyone was eager to join. Since I've learned so much about PvP in Star Wars: The Old Republic from this SWTOR PvP guide in such a short time, I'm going to share here a PvP tip for each class in this game.

SWTOR PvP Guide - PvP Tips For Galactic Republic Classes

1. Smuggler. Smugglers are excellent crowd controllers and if you choose to play this class in PvP, crowd control attacks are more important than damaging attacks. Since smugglers have fast and barrage ranged attacks, they can fulfill the role of interruptors. Make sure you keep your "Escape" ability at hand, it sure is one of the most important abilities of the smuggler in PvP.

2. Trooper. Troopers can be tanks, off-healers and massive ranged DPS dealers. However, the first role isn't that much of a requirement Warzones. To have a maximum feeling playing your trooper in PvP it's best to spec as Commando-Gunner, for focused cannon DPS.

3. Jedi Consular. This class is the main healer of the Galactic Republic, so if you want players to worship you, it's best to go with the Seer build. As a Jedi Shadow, following the Infiltration spec, this class is very fun to play, but you will have to make maximum use of your stealth-based attacks.

4. Jedi Knight. As a Jedi Knight, one of the Watchman of Combat Sentinel builds are most indicated if you want to act as a strong melee damage dealer. Keep in mind though that your Force Leap and Resolve are very important abilities, so use them wisely.

SWTOR PvP Guide - PvP Tips For Sith Empire Classes

1. Sith Warrior. As a Sith Warrior in PvP I would follow the Vengeance path as a Juggernaut or the Carnage spec as a Marauder. Anyway, just as for the Jedi Knight, make maximum use of the charge ability, slow and knockdowns, because otherwise ranged opponents will kite the crap out of you.

2. Sith Inquisitor. Healer, DPS caster or stealth-based melee DPS are the three choices that you can make as a Sith Inquisitor. Either way, keep your Backlash and Unbreakable Will bound on an easy reachable key.

3. Bounty Hunter. The main cards of a BH in PvP are heavy ranged damage and crowd control. However, it's best to CC a target when you know for sure that they have used their CC purge ability. Best damaging spec for DPS in PvP should be Arsenal Mercenary.

4. Imperial Agent. Playing this class in PvP you should maximize your ranged attacks, since this is the sniper of the Sith Empire. Otherwise, if you choose a Concealment build, make sure you take maximum advantage of your stealth and only come out when you're sure you can deal maximum damage, or kill at least one target.

I hope these tips help. Anyway, if you want to become a complete SWTOR player and even run your own premades, I strongly recommend you a SWTOR PvP guide.

So, ready to excel at PvP in Star Wars: The Old Republic?

Dominate each and every warzone by learning and applying the PvP strategies in this SWTOR PvP Guide.

Call of Duty MW3 Guide

Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 was released last year and has again pushed the franchise up into new heights. The game brought with it a plethora of new emblems, maps, guns, situations and tactics to learn.

Millions of players around the world enjoy and dedicate many hours to being the best at MW3. However, not everyone can sit there playing for hours on end. This MW3 tips guide will teach you how to play like the pros and save you all that wasted time learning these MW3 tips the hard way.

First, why would you want to be competing with the best players in the world at a video game? The answer to that question is simple. Activision, the publisher of Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 have released a new online service known as Call of Duty Elite, where players just like yourself will be able to compete for fantastic prizes worth large sums of money.

MW3 Tips:

Keep Moving - This one is rather basic but you'll be surprised by how many new players will spend the entire match camped in a corner. Yes, there is a time for camping, like during defensive objective games. However, for the general part, staying still is a bad idea. For a start, whenever you kill an enemy he will witness a killcam showing your exact location. Now, with some very simple communication the enemy team can deliver a non lethal grenade through one entrance to distract you and a lethal attack through another, forming a bait and switch two pronged attack that even the best campers will struggle to out maneuver.

Aim Down the Sights - Knowing when to fire from the hip and when to fire through the sights is a major part of MW3 and is something you should focus your time on learning and mastering. As a basic guide, anyone camping that you accidentally run into or anyone at a very close range, just outside of knife range, should be fired at from the hip. On the other hand, anyone who is not causing you to turn significantly should definitely be fired at through the sights. A general rule is that if you need to turn a lot in a battle, avoid turning while looking through the sights.

Grenade Checking - When you throw a lethal or non-lethal grenade and you damage an enemy, a small hit marker will appear in the middle of your screen. Use this to your advantage and check rooms for enemies with non-lethal grenade checks before entering. If you see a marker appear, always attack from a different angle as your will now be the focus of your enemies attention.

I hope you liked my MW3 Tips and if you really want to master Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 you should pick up a professional MW3 Guide.

Battlefield 3 Strategy Guide - Why You Need A BF3 Guide

For those of us who have been playing first person shooter games for years a bit of an adjustment is required for the latest and greatest in first person shooter games, Battlefield 3. The major difference is that this game requires you to focus a lot more on teamwork than any of the other games out there. Another major difference is that you actually have to play the part of the class you select. You can't select to be medic and expect to be running headlong into enemies like you would if you were an assault soldier. You instead will have to heal your teammates and make sure they are always battle ready. This type of scenario goes for all of the classes available in BF3. This is exactly why you need a good Battlefield 3 strategy guide to show you how to play the game properly.

That is not the only thing you will learn however. You will also find out the best ways to set up your class as well as your weapon which will allow you to be as powerful as you possibly can be, this gives you a huge advantage over most of the other players out there because they do not know how to setup their character properly. You will also get a complete multiplayer walk through which shows you all of the maps and common enemy travel routes. This allows you to both go behind enemy lines undetected and shows you the best places to setup so you can mow down tons of enemies without being seen. Most BF3 strategy guides also offer a complete single player walk through which will lead you step by step through the single player game showing exactly what to do and when to do it. This allows you to complete the game on the hardest setting with very little effort and frustration.

Some guides even offer HD videos showing you some awesome techniques and tactics which will greatly improve your kill/death ratio as well as your skill level. Most importantly you will be shown team leadership tactics that are key to dominating the game. When you know how to play as a part of a team or as a team leader that is when you will start to see huge improvements in your scores as well as your skill level. Many of the best players that you see dominating the scoreboard are not good because they are lucky, they are good BF3 players because they have learned how to play the game properly by getting a decent BF3 strategy guide.

Battlefield 3 Guide - 3 BF3 Strategy Guide Tips That Will Put You On Top

With the recent launch and popularity of the video game Battlefield 3, it has led a lot of us to wonder if there are any strategy guides that we can use in order to boost our kill/death ratios and become elite BF3 players. A quick search online turns up quite a few sites offering Battlefield 3 guides, most of them discuss strategies and secrets which are relatively unknown and offer jam-packed strategy guides full of tips hints and secrets for Battlefield 3. However, some of them are a waste of time and it can be hard to tell which sites are reliable, worth the time and effort, and provide quality hints, tips and secrets.

A good Battlefield 3 strategy guide will offer both known and unknown secrets and tips. Who wants to get a mastery guide that offers the same hints as all of the other guides out there. Everyone will already know these secrets making them virtually useless unless you get the guide as soon as it's launched. Fresh tips and secrets are the best weapons to have in your Battlefield 3 arsenal, and in turn will make you the envy of all the other players who are dying each time you pull the trigger.

Generally, you'll find that there are three different types of sites on the internet offering BF3 guides. Some even try to charge a price per hint/secret downloaded! That is quite laughable, and to put it quite frankly a waste. Some other sites offer you guides that at the time of their release were pretty good, however, the information becomes quickly outdated as everyone figures out the secrets leaving you back at square one. The third type of Battlefield 3 guide is the one that is constantly being updated, you will always have the latest and greatest secrets, cheats, hints and tips as they become available. This is the type of guide you should be looking for, obviously. If you have the latest cheats and secrets, then you will be at the top of the scoreboard after every round.

These guides will work on any console gaming system such as PS3, or Xbox 360 as well as the PC. The game is the same on all systems so there are no specific guides out there for your specific system. As I said above though, be sure you get a strategy guide that is recommended by a reliable source, or you will probably just be wasting time and money, with absolutely nothing to show for it. You still won't be at the top of the scoreboard, and you will be wondering why. The reason is simple, get a guide that is constantly updated and is recommended by the top BF3 players.

I have reviewed almost every guide there is for Battlefield 3, and I am consistently at the top of the scoreboard. I get messages constantly asking me if I am using some sort of aimbot or hack, and I laugh to myself every time people ask me. I don't have any hacks or aimbots or whatever, I just have access to the best strategy guides out there.

Best BF3 Guide - What To Look For?

Finding out what the best BF3 guides are is not as easy as one might think. There are quite a few factors that you should consider before deciding on one. Never before has there been a first person shooter game with such attention to detail that it seriously requires a strategy guide in order to play it properly. This game requires you to use teamwork and strategy like no other game on the market today. If you are looking to drastically improve your game play and kill/death ratio then you need to consider that not all guides are created equal. In this article I will discuss some of the most important factors to think about, as well as some specific things to look for.

First, you should be looking for a guide that discusses the importance of teamwork as well as delivers teamwork strategies that are proven and effective. Unlike most other first person shooter games out there, you can't just run around by yourself and expect to get many kills. You need the help of your teammates as well as your teammates need your help in order to survive and dominate in this game. A good guide will show you the best team player strategies as well as how to become a good leader. You can't just go barking orders at people if you don't know what you are talking about. However, if you show your teammates strategies that work it won't take you long to earn their respect and they will listen to your plans.

Second, you need a guide that offers you high definition videos of the tactics and techniques that they are describing in the guide so that you can see first hand exactly how to perform the strategies. There is no better way to learn than by watching someone else do exactly what they are telling you to do.

The third thing to look for is a guide that shows you how to build your specific class properly. This is probably the most important factor to consider when looking for a BF3 guide. Why? Because if you do not have your character build set properly you are going to get owned big time by all of the other players who do. Nothing is worse then trying to dominate a game and you end up getting nowhere because you are not playing your character properly. The key thing in BF3 is that you have to play your specific class as you would if you were in an actual battle in real life. This means if you are a medic, you are required to heal your team and keep them alive. You can't expect to be a medic and run around by yourself racking up kills, you need your team, and your team needs you.

Modern Warfare 3 Guide - What Are The Best Guides Available?

When searching for a MW3 guide there are a few things you should keep in mind. There are quite a few strategy guides out there for Modern Warfare 3, however, they are not all alike and you should understand some of the major differences before selecting one to help with your game play and tactics.

The first thing you should look for is whether or not the guide provides you with unique strategies and tips. If the guide only contains strategies that are available in all of the other guides that are out there then you should probably keep searching because like with any other first person shooter game, the secrets quickly become outdated as everyone learns about them which renders them pretty much useless. You need to find a guide that is created by someone who understands this and is dedicated to the game. People who are dedicated to providing excellent strategies and tips for the game usually play the game everyday and are always discovering new things that improve their game. This leads to a guide that is constantly updated and provides you with fresh, working techniques that you can be sure will work.

Another thing you should be looking for is a guide that not only provides you with written strategies, but also with HD videos showing you exactly how to perform the techniques described in the written guide. This is crucial actually because it demonstrates first hand that the tactics actually work. There is no better way to learn then to see someone actually perform what they are describing first hand. Another great thing about having a video guide for Modern Warfare 3 is that you can pick up on all of the little things that the pro player does such as the best places to take cover as well as teamwork strategies that really help you to increase your kill/death ratio.

Finally, look for a guide that offers you a class and weapon building guide along with the videos. This is by far the most important factor. You need to understand the proper way to build these things if you want to become successful in MW3. No amount of videos or books will help you if you do not understand how to properly build your class and you will suffer the consequences for it. Using and playing your selected class properly is the key ingredient to becoming a pro Modern Warfare 3 player. Have you ever wondered how those guys who own on every map do it? Well it's because they have discovered and combined the things that I have discussed in this article.

Modern Warfare 3 Strategy Guide - Learn The Latest MW3 Strategies

Just recently Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 was launched and with the launch of this new game comes new strategies to survive in this one of a kind first person shooter. There are some brand new strategy guides available that will increase your kill/death ratios and in turn teach you how to become the best of the best. You will become an elite MW3 soldier. After searching online, a few MW3 strategy guides caught my attention, and I learned a few things while doing my research that I thought I would pass on to anyone else looking for a Modern Warfare 3 guide.

A decent MW3 strategy guide will offer high definition videos as well as a PDF guide showing you exactly how to perform the hints, tips, secrets and cheats. One particular guide was so thorough that it left me speechless when I was literally at the top of the scoreboard after every round. The other players were calling me a hacker and accusing me of having an aim bot. It seemed like only I knew these techniques and no one else playing could even get close to me. That felt quite awesome to say the least. I had never thought of trying a strategy guide before, but now I will never play another online FPS without having one by my side. I was the envy of all the other players who were dying every time I pulled the trigger on them. It feels great!

If you decide to get yourself a strategy guide for MW3 there are a few things to keep in mind. First, you will discover that there are a few different types of guides out there. There are the ones that just offer basic tips and hints that normally you will figure out after a couple of hours playing anyway. Then there are the guides that show you a few secrets and cheats that allow you to get to the top of the scoreboard for a bit until others figure it out and the strategy becomes useless. Third, there are membership sites that constantly update their database of cheats, hints, secrets and tips and offer HD video of everything along with a guide that you can keep beside you while you are playing. This is the type of Modern Warfare 3 guide that I found to be the most helpful. I find that the best strategies are the newest strategies, the ones not many people know about and aren't talked about in the forums. So obviously a site that constantly updates there strategies and tips will continue to guide you in the right direction long after the other guides become outdated.

To make things a bit easier for you, I have taken the time to review just about every strategy guide available for MW3, and I will pass this information on to you so you don't waste your time searching and trying to find the best one out there. Like I said, I am consistently at the top of the scoreboard and I am always getting messages asking me if I am using some sort of aim bot or hack, this still makes me laugh every time because I don't have any hacks or aim bots or whatever, I just have access to the best MW3 strategy guides available. Just because I took the time to learn the game, and learned about certain weaknesses doesn't make me a hacker, it makes me a finely tuned elite MW3 soldier.
