You can see how useful that can be. Another such talent is the Arcane Flows one. At the maximum rank, this will reduce the cooldown of your Evocation spell by two minutes, along with other abilities. If you recall, the Evocation ability will channel mana back to you. With the Glyph of Evocation you will also gain health along with mana.

Those are but two reasons why I think that this Mage leveling spec is the most appropriate to use. You will also have a point blank area of effect spell that you can use at any time. This will make it really easy to defeat groups of mobs and help you finish quests faster.
